Taking place from 11am to 2pm, based from the LCdr Paddon Building. We are looking for parents with pickup trucks who may be available to assist us with this fundraiser! Full details are in the letter below

Sunday, March 25 – Cross Country Ski / Snowshoe Day

Taking place at Pippy Park from 9am to 4pm, meet at the Fluvarium Parking Lot. Be dressed to be outdoors for the day! Even if the snow conditions don’t allow for skiing or snowshoeing, there will be alternative training planned, so the day will still go ahead. Lunch will be provided!

Vegetable Hampers

Periodically, our Cadet Corps holds fundraisers to help support activities we participate in that are not funded by National Defence, such as paintball, rock climbing, and swimming. One of our most popular fundraisers for a number of years has been our Vegetable Hamper sales. Once again this year, we will be partnering with Ripple Trail Farms to sell Vegetable Hampers and a cost of $15 each. All orders are due in by Tuesday, December 12th and hampers will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, December 19th during our Parent / Cadet Turkey Shoot. A letter and order form can be found at the bottom of this post.

Marksmanship & Biathlon Day

We will be holding a mandatory training day covering marksmanship and biathlon on Saturday, Nov 25, from 9am to 4pm. Unfortunately our regular location is unavailable, so we had to move this to HMCS Cabot, on 220 Southside Road (Location here). Dress is civilians and cadets should be prepared to run at some point during the day. Lunch will be provided. A letter outlining full details on the day is included below, as well as the schedule for the day.
